Key Account Manager-Endoscopy-Khobar
Job Description
The Key Account Manager (Endoscopy) is responsible for business development plans for AMICO’s Sales customers and coordinating with the AMICO network to implement plans. The KAM acts as AMICO’s single point of contact in strategic relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain close working relations with assigned Sales accounts
- Negotiate development plans including price, discounts, and marketing support
- Monitor and report on activity and satisfaction levels of clients
- Act as single point of contact for strategic issues
- Coordinate internal operations (ordering, delivery, installation)
- Obtain and share intelligence on competitive activity
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a science related or relevant field
- 5 years experience in a similar position handling Key Accounts
- Experience in successfully managing relations with multiple Key Accounts
