ERP ODOO 15 DATA CONTROLLER
Job Description
The ERP Odoo 15 Data Controller is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of all employee-related data and financial records within the Odoo ERP system. This role involves performing systematic audits, identifying discrepancies, and implementing controls to safeguard data confidentiality and financial accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Inspect account books, financial statements, and HR records within Odoo 15
- Monitor the system for incorrect or missing data entries
- Assess current workflows in Odoo to ensure they are being followed efficiently
- Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledgers
- Identify potential risks within the system related to data security
- Audit user accounts and role-based access levels
- Maintain detailed audit logs
- Act as a point of contact for Odoo-related data or accounting issues
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in an accounting or auditing role
- Mandatory hands-on experience using the Odoo ERP system, specifically version 15
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- Fresher are welcome as long as proficient in ODOO 15
