Camp Supervisor
Job Description
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Camp Supervisor to join our high-performing Heroes Operations Team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in overseeing day-to-day labour camp operations, ensuring smooth execution and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day labour camp operations
- Maintain and monitor daily attendance records of employees
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly attendance and occupancy reports
- Ensure proper allocation of rooms and beds
- Monitor discipline, hygiene, and compliance with company policies
- Liaise with internal teams (HR, payroll, transport)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or comparable field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in labour camp supervision or workforce management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
