MEP Project Construction Manager
Job Description
Manage and supervise all technical office activities for MEP and construction projects. Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts. Lead the technical office engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Prepare pricing, cost estimates, and detailed analysis.
- Review and approve shop drawings and technical submittals.
- Lead and supervise technical office engineers.
- Evaluate variations and change orders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Architectural).
- Valid membership in the Engineering Council.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in construction companies.
