Investment Associate (VC)
Job Description
This is an opportunity for an Investment Associate to join a leading fund. The role involves sourcing opportunities, conducting financial and commercial analysis, leading due diligence, structuring transactions, and supporting portfolio management within the MENA region.
Responsibilities
- Co-lead and close investment deals
- Source and evaluate investment opportunities in MENA geographies
- Conduct detailed financial, operational, and market due diligence
- Build financial models to assess credit risk
- Draft investment memoranda for Investment Committee discussions
- Monitor portfolio performance
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in venture capital, private credit, or investment banking
- Strong understanding of debt structures and credit analysis
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
