Account Manager
Job Description
Elum Energy is seeking an Account Manager to support the commercial growth of ePowerMonitor, its monitoring and supervision platform. Reporting to the Sales Department, the Account Manager will work closely with international clients to understand their business needs, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive subscription growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage upselling and reselling of subscriptions (additional sales and renewals)
- Monitor client satisfaction and strengthen relationships to build long-term partnerships
- Recommend product improvements based on client feedback
- Maintain accurate client records, tracking contract updates and renewals
- Conduct training sessions and deliver product demonstrations for clients
