Job Description

Act as a technical partner to creators, guiding them through complex build, launch, and optimization journeys to ensure high-performing app experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of creators providing technical guidance
  • Diagnose and resolve configuration and integration challenges
  • Conduct technical launch-readiness reviews
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to validate features
  • Analyze crash logs and performance metrics

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in Technical Customer Success or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and backend workflows
  • Experience supporting mobile app launches (Apple/Google)
