Technical Customer Success Manager (Creator Economy)
Job Description
Act as a technical partner to creators, guiding them through complex build, launch, and optimization journeys to ensure high-performing app experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of creators providing technical guidance
- Diagnose and resolve configuration and integration challenges
- Conduct technical launch-readiness reviews
- Partner with Product and Engineering to validate features
- Analyze crash logs and performance metrics
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Technical Customer Success or similar roles
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and backend workflows
- Experience supporting mobile app launches (Apple/Google)
