This role involves establishing, optimizing, and standardizing test processes, specifications, and measurement systems for server hardware. You will participate in planning server testing technologies and introduce advanced testing tools. Additionally, the role leads the resolution of critical quality incidents from customers.
Responsibilities
- Establish, optimize, and standardize test processes, specifications, and measurement systems for server hardware
- Promote implementation across cross-functional teams
- Participate in the planning and advancement of specialized server testing technologies
- Evaluate and introduce advanced testing tools, frameworks, and lab equipment
- Lead the resolution of critical quality incidents from customers, providing professional technical analysis and solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Communications, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of hardware testing experience
- At least 3 years of test team management experience in servers or enterprise-level storage/networking equipment
- Comprehensive experience in new product introduction (NPI) and mass production testing of servers
