Job Description
Support the HR department by enhancing employee services within the Supply Chain Division by reviewing documents, preparing performance reports, and contributing to key HR functions such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Review employee benefit requests
- Verify financial assistance applications
- Assess educational support claims
- Review salary documentation
- Evaluate termination and final settlement requests
- Review employee appeals
- Assess contract change and renewal requests
- Prepare performance reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Fluency in English is required
