Job Description
A leading global technology company is seeking skilled Software Service Engineers (Tier 1 & Tier 2) to join their team in Doha. You will manage customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and ensure seamless application performance for utility software.
Responsibilities
- Validate and manage incoming customer inquiries and response SLAs
- Investigate and resolve incidents and defects
- Perform first-line remediation tasks like user creation and password resets
- Maintain problem records and knowledge management articles
- Administer application accounts, users, and security
- Identify and address security issues and apply patches
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expert knowledge of utility software applications
- Proficiency in English, French, and Arabic is a must
- Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Maximo, or Remedy
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and practices
