Software Service Engineer – French Speaking (Mandatory)

Job Description

A leading global technology company is seeking skilled Software Service Engineers (Tier 1 & Tier 2) to join their team in Doha. You will manage customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and ensure seamless application performance for utility software.

Responsibilities

  • Validate and manage incoming customer inquiries and response SLAs
  • Investigate and resolve incidents and defects
  • Perform first-line remediation tasks like user creation and password resets
  • Maintain problem records and knowledge management articles
  • Administer application accounts, users, and security
  • Identify and address security issues and apply patches

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Expert knowledge of utility software applications
  • Proficiency in English, French, and Arabic is a must
  • Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Maximo, or Remedy
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles and practices
