CodeMiner is a technology company focused on AI, 3D simulation, and digital twin technologies. We are looking for a Commercial Lead to drive revenue growth, standardize sales processes, and build a sustainable commercial structure from the ground up as we move into serial production.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize target customer segments
  • Own full sales cycle: contact, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closing
  • Standardize pricing, proposals, and contract structures
  • Define market positioning and value proposition
  • Prepare commercial foundation for future sales teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales and account management
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Ability to take ownership in a startup environment
