Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic Customer Care/Support Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support. You will be responsible for calling customers to follow up, gather feedback, and assist them with any inquiries or issues they may face.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively call customers to follow up on their experience with our products and services
  • Collect and document customer feedback to help improve our offerings
  • Provide assistance with troubleshooting or resolving customer issues
  • Offer product support and guidance to ensure customers maximize the benefits of our solutions
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective communication
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer support
  • Responsible for collecting payments from clients and the renewal of licenses

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues in a friendly, professional manner
  • Experience in customer support, helpdesk, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with software products (POS systems is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
