Job Description
A well-known Perfume brand is hiring Female Customer Service Representative (Arabic & English Speaker) – Syrian Females preferred.
Responsibilities
- Confer with customers by telephone or social media to provide product information and enter orders
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Resolve customers' service or billing complaints
- Up selling of new or additional products
Qualifications
- Not less than 1 year of experience in customer service
- Bachelor in English Literature is preferred
- Females only
