Job Description
Resolve guest calls and issues by contacting appropriate departments. Use upselling techniques to optimize revenue for Le Méridien Riyadh. Process all reservations, changes, and cancellations received via phone, fax, or mail. Support Sales and Marketing with administrative tasks.

- Input Marriott Rewards information into software
- Assist management in training employees
- Prepare and review written documents accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 2 years of related work experience
