Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to supervise and coordinate HVAC installation and maintenance works on construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that all HVAC works are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily HVAC activities on-site
- Ensure HVAC installation aligns with approved drawings and specifications
- Lead and coordinate the HVAC team effectively
- Monitor work quality, safety compliance, and progress
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site HVAC issues
- Ensure timely material management and proper usage
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience as an HVAC Foreman in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, chillers, and air handling units
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and schematics
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- UAE construction experience preferred
