Senior Account Manager – Mega Events (Project-Based)
Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale, high-profile mega events. This role requires full ownership of the project lifecycle, strong leadership, and the ability to operate under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Lead the project end-to-end from planning to final delivery
- Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, production, logistics, vendors)
- Manage multiple stakeholders and ensure alignment
- Control budgets, track costs, and ensure financial efficiency
- Provide clear progress updates and executive-level reporting
Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of experience in managing large-scale or complex projects
- Proven experience in mega events, large activations, or time-critical projects
