Job Description
The role provides strategic leadership and overall accountability for large-scale airport construction projects, ensuring delivery in line with client requirements, budgets, and regulatory standards. The role oversees project planning, PMC processes, quality control, risk management, and team performance while coordinating with international consultants and stakeholders to drive timely and efficient project execution.
Responsibilities
- Sets the overall direction and leadership of the program
- Responsible for overall deliverables and performances for all Functions
- Develop and implement comprehensive PMC plans and processes
- Establish policies and procedures for project management
- Communicate with Client representatives continuously regarding Project Progress
- Develop and administer project budgets and fiscal controls, contracts, and quality control provisions
- Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of the construction project
- Leads resource and capacity management process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or equivalent
- Chartered Engineer status is ideal
- Minimum 25 years of experience in Management projects
- Previous similar roles in large-scale PMC and/or Construction Supervision Consultancy
- Management experience on mega infrastructure/building/architectural projects
