Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer (MMUP Grade A or B)
Job Description
Al Athar is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor specializing in road and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for cost control, estimation, and financial management.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates
- Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs
- Monitor project costs and variations
- Prepare interim payments and final accounts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Valid MMUP/UPDA Certification – Grade A or Grade B (Mandatory)
- Qatari Driving License
- Experience with construction companies in Qatar
