Job Description
The Night Manager ensures that the overnight shift in all positions works cohesively for the smooth operation of guest services, maintaining and cleaning of the hotel. Anchored on the new Jeddah Waterfront along the shores of the Red Sea, Shangri-La Jeddah sets a new standard for luxury in the city.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the overnight shift team in the hotel operations.
- Meet and greet late arrivals and early departures.
- Handle guest/staff incidents during the night shift and provide detailed reports.
- Execute overnight task list for all hotel systems.
- Ensure night audits and close day are completed as per guidelines.
- Observe productivity of overnight shift staff through inspections.
Qualifications
- This position is for Saudi Nationals Only.
- Good working knowledge and experience of general hotel operations and systems.
- Knowledge of current Shangri-La and hotel operating policies.
- Ability to demonstrate practical application of fire, life and safety procedures.
- Good working knowledge of OPMS and Front Office systems.
