Job Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Freelance Sourcing Specialist. The Sourcing Specialist will identify and engage qualified candidates or vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage the end-to-end procurement or recruitment process. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, building and maintaining strong relationships with partners or candidates, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms and conditions
- Experience in Recruiting and talent acquisition processes
- Knowledge of Procurement and supply chain management practices
- Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple priorities
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
