Sales Supervisor (Online & E-channel)
Job Description
The E-Channel Supervisor will oversee digital sales channels, including online platforms and aggregators, to drive revenue growth, optimize performance, and enhance customer experience across digital touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize online sales channels and aggregator partnerships
- Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and conversion rates across digital platforms
- Coordinate with IT, Marketing, and Product teams to enhance digital journeys
- Maintain strong relationships with digital partners and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or online channel management
- Experience managing aggregator platforms and digital partnerships is preferred
