Job Description

Accountable for maintaining a strong compliance culture by ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and managing compliance risk. This role establishes monitoring programs, conducts risk assessments, and manages AML/CTF compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute a compliance monitoring program
  • Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for the CCO
  • Maintain and update all required policies and procedures
  • Conduct periodic compliance risk assessments
  • Stay updated on regulatory laws and industry standards
  • Ensure full AML/CTF compliance and monitor client activities
  • Manage and resolve client complaints
  • Liaise with external regulatory authorities
  • Oversee corporate governance implementation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Finance, Law)
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience within a financial institution
  • Holder of a Certified Compliance qualification and valid FRA Compliance License
