Job Description
United Pharmaceuticals Company (UPC) is one of the leading retail pharmacy chains in Saudi Arabia. The Logistics & Operations Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling last-mile operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can optimize fleet performance, manage drivers, improve unit economics, and prepare the company for rapid expansion.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily dispatch and delivery operations
- Ensure on-time delivery, SLA compliance and operational SOPs of drivers and vehicles
- Monitor real-time performance and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Recruit, train, and manage drivers as well as monitor productivity
- Work with routing and tracking systems to improve dispatch efficiency
- Plan operational scaling into new zones and cities
- Oversee the company’s financial performance and manage P&L
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in last-mile logistics, fleet management, 3PL, or e-commerce delivery
- Experience managing operational teams
- Proficiency in Excel or BI tools
- Proficient in Arabic and English
