Job Description
Oversee the Front Desk operations and respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing guest needs. Responsible for luxury service standards and ensuring team members deliver high-level guest experiences.

Qualifications
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- Bachelor degree graduate
- 2-3 years of previous luxury experience in managerial role or related position
