Job Description
Our client, a renowned hospitality group, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee a flagship establishment in A'ali. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and profitable operation of the restaurant, maintaining exceptional standards of service, and driving customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of restaurant management, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations, inventory control, and financial management.
Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating a diverse team of staff, including chefs, servers, and support personnel
- Developing and implementing operational strategies
- Managing budgets and controlling costs
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Menu development, marketing initiatives, and guest relations
- Fostering a positive work culture and providing ongoing training and development for staff
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in the hospitality industry
- Proven ability to manage high-volume operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
- Experience with various POS systems and reservation platforms is advantageous
