Job Description
Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support hiring needs across multiple departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Screen CVs and coordinate interviews
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Support offer preparation and onboarding processes
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals
- Knowledge of UAE labor market and hiring practices
