Customer Service Scheduler
Job Description
The Customer Service Scheduler is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and managing customer service appointments and work orders at Al Udeid Air Base. Serves as primary point of contact between customers and service teams.
Responsibilities
- Schedule, coordinate, and track customer service appointments
- Serve as primary point of contact for scheduling inquiries
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
- Communicate daily schedules to service personnel
- Monitor workload and adjust for urgent requests
- Ensure compliance with base policies and security procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative support
- Must have and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
- Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License
