Learning Experience Specialist
Job Description
The Learning Experience Specialist shapes the end-to-end learner journey at J.S. Held. This role blends learning operations, instructional design, and content creation to deliver engaging programs. Key tasks include optimizing the LMS, curating microlearning content, and managing learning communications. The role is remote-friendly.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize learner pathways and end-to-end journeys
- Curate learning resources, microlearning content, toolkits, and job aids
- Oversee the LMS experience and enhance usability
- Configure, upload, and maintain digital learning content
- Develop digital learning assets such as videos and eLearning modules
- Craft communication and engagement strategies for learning initiatives
- Provide logistical support for learning programs
- Track learner engagement and platform analytics
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or learning operations
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related fields
