Job Description

The Head of Operations, Oman is a business leader with a track record in building resilient and efficient businesses. The role holder will be responsible for a broad range of Operational aspects in Ooredoo Fintech Oman.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Oman operations for Customer Service, Finops, and Compliance
  • Design and run customer care functions
  • Submit reporting and reconciliations to central banks
  • Design and run Anti Money Laundering and Fraud Management operations
  • Define contracts with Ooredoo telecom business
  • Instil a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Business leader with at least 2 decades of experience.
  • Track record of running functions like operations, customer service, and partnerships.
  • Has led multi-country operations.
