Head of operations
Job Description
The Head of Operations, Oman is a business leader with a track record in building resilient and efficient businesses. The role holder will be responsible for a broad range of Operational aspects in Ooredoo Fintech Oman.
Responsibilities
- Lead Oman operations for Customer Service, Finops, and Compliance
- Design and run customer care functions
- Submit reporting and reconciliations to central banks
- Design and run Anti Money Laundering and Fraud Management operations
- Define contracts with Ooredoo telecom business
- Instil a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Business leader with at least 2 decades of experience.
- Track record of running functions like operations, customer service, and partnerships.
- Has led multi-country operations.
