Job Description
Swiftly is seeking a Recruiter to support our hiring efforts. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to build thoughtful, scalable, inclusive hiring processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines
- Advise hiring managers on interview best practices
- Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies
- Maintain recruiting metrics and dashboards
Qualifications
- 2 years minimum experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Proven success in hiring for a range of positions
- Experience using tools like Lever and Notion
