Job Description
Supervise and manage the production agency for the Global Hearth Summit 2028 in Asia. Responsible for timelines, budget coordination, and vendor management for a 1,000-person global event focused on wellbeing, arts, and social impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead coordination and implementation of the event
- Create and update road maps and timelines
- Select and manage the production agency and vendors
- Coordinate with internal curation and communication teams
- Monitor the big picture and anticipate risks
Qualifications
- 5–7 years in event management or production
- Experience producing large-scale in-person events
- Excellent written and spoken English
- University degree
