Onboarding Agent (Remote)
Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Onboarding Agent to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding experience for our clients. You will be responsible for verifying and setting up new companies within our BackOffice systems.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate legal documentation (MoA, Commercial License).
- Create and configure new company profiles in BackOffice systems.
- Ensure required data points are correctly populated.
- Communicate with internal teams to clarify information.
- Ensure onboarding procedures adhere to KYC/AML requirements.
- Flag and escalate discrepancies to the compliance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in onboarding, compliance, or operations within fintech, banking, or a regulated environment.
