IT Coordinator
Job Description
The IT Coordinator will install, configure, manage, and repair computer networks and workstations. You will troubleshoot technical problems, provide end-user support, and ensure adherence to network security measures at The Ritz-Carlton Amaala.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain computer networks and workstations
- Troubleshoot and repair technical problems related to hardware and software
- Train users in proper system use and security
- Plan and coordinate equipment installations and system enhancements
- Implement network security measures
- Provide end-user support for all applications
- Maintain accurate inventory of technological devices
- Ensure backup tapes are secured
Qualifications
- Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems
