Customer Operations Project Manager
Job Description
Managing and delivering customer-focused logistics projects, ensuring operational excellence. Serve as key link between customers and internal teams. Translate requirements into actionable solutions. Lead projects from initiation to completion within scope and budget. Identify gaps in processes and implement efficiency improvements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor KPIs and report project performance. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (transportation, warehousing, IT). Support the Commercial Group in acquisition of new business opportunities. oversee implementation of services within the DHL network. participate in customer presentations and proposals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business
