Senior Systems Development Specialist
Job Description
System Customization: Develop and customize all modules of the Finastra Fusion Essence platform. Infrastructure Management: Install, update, and manage performance tuning for IBM WebSphere, IBM BPM, and SAP Crystal Report Server.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced technical solutions for Finance and Islamic Banking (IB)
- Ensure seamless integration between the core lending system and other organizational systems
- Execute quality and performance testing for all developed applications
- Train and guide the technical team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field
- 8+ years of professional experience in systems development
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience specifically in Finastra Fusion Essence development
