Job Description
Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating daily business operations to ensure efficiency and high service quality, focusing on cold chain logistics for pharmaceuticals and healthcare products.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth and cost-effective ground operations
- Manage end-to-end cold chain logistics operations
- Handle transportation of temperature-sensitive shipments
- Supervise operational teams to meet performance benchmarks
- Examine financial data to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Monitor KPIs and perform quality controls
- Manage temperature data using Dataloggers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering
- 5 Years or more in similar position
