Senior Sales Manager
Job Description
Made in Nature is seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and commercially minded sales professional to support and help scale our club and retail business within the organic snacking space. This role is designed for someone who brings a strong foundation in CPG sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Strategically grow revenue, margin, and market share by developing and executing customer-centric sales plans.
- Develop and oversee end-to-end business growth opportunities.
- Discover and develop high revenue opportunities.
- Achieve/exceed sales targets through distribution gains and price/pack strategy.
- Assist with revenue forecasting and analyze customized promotional spending.
- Manage communication to distributors and support broker relationships.
- Generate reports and sales data by analyzing systems for current trends.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in CPG sales, sales operations, or account support.
- Working knowledge of club and conventional retail channels.
- Strong understanding of trade spend, revenue management, forecasting, and promotional planning.
- Experience working directly with distributors and syndicated data systems is preferred.
