Job Description

As a People Advisory Director, you’ll be required to operate as a key member of our team, helping develop our HR & People client offerings, developing the team around you, and contributing to the strategic growth and development of the Business Consulting and Business Advisory Services. Within our Business Consulting team, we partner with clients across various industries, solving fundamental business challenges.

Responsibilities

Leading and supporting on business development activity
Developing the Go To Market, commercial proposition, offerings and strategic plan
Contributing towards a financial target which covers winning work
Leading and managing a team of consultants to deliver successful project outcomes
Serving as a trusted advisor to clients
Managing, motivating, developing, training, coaching and mentoring staff

Qualifications

Minimum of 10+ years of management consulting experience
At least 3 years in a senior manager / director role
Proven track record of delivering successful HR consulting projects
