Job Description
On an exclusive island in the heart of the Kingdom's capital, Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is looking for a Front Desk Agent who shares a passion for excellence. The Front Desk Receptionist handles guest registration, room assignments, and financial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and register hotel guests following credit policies
- Select and block rooms for arriving guests
- Handle guest problems or complaints
- Perform check-outs and reconcile transactions
- Accept reservations and cancellations
- Handle safety deposit box requests
Qualifications
- Previous minimum 1 year experience in a 5 star luxury Hotel in the Front Desk
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Strong communication skills in English
- Knowledge of OPERA (or equivalent PMS)
