Talent Development Supervisor

Job Description

As a Learning and Development Supervisor, you will be managing and delivering training and development activities within the company to enhance employees’ behavioral and technical skills, including leadership competencies that support succession planning.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and execution of training needs analysis (TNA)
  • Collect and assess technical training requests from department managers
  • Coordinate and execute internal or external training programs
  • Prepare training budget forecasts and collect quotations
  • Analyze and forecast the annual training calendar
  • Review training proposals and select suitable providers
  • Manage the design and delivery of internal training programs
  • Supervise training evaluation and participant feedback
  • Oversee training logistics including session grouping and tracking
  • Support the development of internal digital learning systems

Qualifications

  • From 5 to 7 years of experience (minimum 2 years in managing a team)
  • Professional diploma/Certificate: TOT, IDLX, ITM
  • Advanced Leadership Skills in terms of monitoring and coaching
  • Advanced MS Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint Skills
