Junior Project Manager - Luxury Residential & Development Projects
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Project Manager to support the management of a high-end residential villa project for a UHNW principal, as well as joint venture luxury villa development. This role offers exposure to ultra-luxury construction and design.
Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing bespoke residential villa projects
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and procurement
- Maintain project documentation including contracts and invoices
- Participate in site inspections and quality assurance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture or related field
