HR Operations Manager
Job Description
The HR Operations Manager leads HR assessments and HR strategy, coordinates recruitment and develops robust systems, policies, and practices on people management. This role also manages administrative support systems for the Business Unit.
Responsibilities
- Work with Group HR to develop human resources strategies
- Guide managers and employees on problem solving and dispute resolution
- Lead planning and implementation of labor and employee relations
- Design and develop HR training programs
- Administer performance and salary review programs
- Coordinate and track the annual performance review process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or related field
- Minimum 8 year(s) working experience
