Crossing Hurdles is hiring Voice Recording Specialists with authentic General American accents. The role involves recording natural phone conversations simulating customer support to support AI development. This is a remote role requiring a phone and computer.
Responsibilities
- Record natural phone conversations simulating real customer support interactions
- Clearly spell out names, emails, and phone numbers while maintaining flow
- Vary tone, pacing, and delivery with natural pauses and filler words
- Produce recordings across multiple environments (quiet, muffled, speaker-mode)
- Capture required call codes and accurately log metadata
Qualifications
- Native or authentic General American US accent
- Ability to place real phone calls (VoIP not permitted)
- Access to a phone and computer for recording and data entry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recording guidelines precisely
