Job Description
Responsible for sales of Real estate transactions business in KSA. Running direct sales teams selling property in the KSA market and monitoring sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Set sales targets in coordination with strategy team
- Hire sales resources and maintain optimal team size
- Monitor KPIs for sales
- Work with marketing for lead generation
- Identify best practices to improve sales processes
- Maintain relationships with repeat clients
- Oversee market research and customer analysis
- Represent the company in expos and real estate events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 - 10 Years in the Real Estate Industry or property sales
