Job Description

As an Account Manager you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the Sales lifecycle and will be intensely involved in Client Relationship Management and business development (Farming & hunting) for our customers in Telecom domain.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with key client personnel and CXOs
  • Sell concepts to the client and influence business awards based on track record
  • Conduct research and competitor analysis to define strategies
  • Review sales plan and business pipeline with leadership
  • Conduct client presentations and drive pricing and MSA negotiations
  • Create proposals and solutions in line with RFPs

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Arabic (verbal and written) and English
  • Track-record of successfully farming business solutions and client management in Telecom area in KSA
  • Strong Business Development and Account Management experience
  • Reasonable understanding of Global Delivery Model and IT service industry
