Job Description
Elevatus is seeking a Workforce Planning Manager to lead workforce planning initiatives and provide strategic advisory services to healthcare clients in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver workforce planning projects for healthcare clients
- Assess workforce needs and translate them into actionable plans
- Develop workforce forecasting models (headcount, capacity, skills gaps)
- Advise clients on best practices in healthcare workforce optimization
- Collaborate with internal product and customer success teams
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Workforce Planning or HR Analytics
- Saudi nationality is required
- Experience supporting hospitals or healthcare organizations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
