Housekeeping Supervisor
Job Description
Responsible for supervising the team of Housekeeping Attendants to achieve operational objectives and ensure hotel cleanliness standards are met. Tasks include preparing assignments, inspecting rooms, managing keys, and conducting training.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Housekeeping Attendants job assignments
- Issue keys and supplies to Housekeeping Attendants
- Inspect areas cleaned using checklist
- Fill out report and hand over found articles to lost and found
- Supervise cleaning of guest rooms, corridors and stairwells
- Train and assist Housekeeping Attendants
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in hospitality
- Previous supervisory experiences within the Housekeeping Department
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Computer literacy
