Commercial/Residential Real Estate Advisor
Job Description
We are looking for a driven and self-sufficient Commercial Real Estate Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. You’ll work on a wide range of commercial and industrial properties, including offices, retail, and warehouses, with access to exclusive listings and internal developments.
Responsibilities
- Source, list, and manage residential and commercial properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and corporate clients
- Advise clients on pricing and market conditions
- Conduct site visits and negotiate deals
- Collaborate with marketing team for listing exposure
- Stay updated on UAE commercial property laws
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential, commercial or industrial Dubai real estate
- Proven and verifiable track record of successful property transactions
- Valid UAE driving license and own car
- Fluent in English
