Senior Wells Contracting Advisor
Job Description
Developing and analyzing competitive bid tenders for a Major Onshore Brownfield project in Basra, Iraq. The role involves working strategically to focus on future activity readiness plus multiple cost and schedule scenarios.
Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze competitive bid tenders
- Work closely with D&WW Manager and Engineering Manager on cost estimating
- Coordinate with Drilling Surveillance Engineer to monitor ongoing rig operations
- Identify and communicate potential drilling challenges impacting cost and schedule
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years of experience, with 10 years in drilling
- Sound knowledge of integrated project management skills
- Proven experience in organizing tenders for drilling and WellWork equipment
- Expertise in planning and managing annual project budgets
