Job Description
We are hiring motivated and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executives to join our Dubai team. This role is ideal for professionals who want a stable salary along with high commission potential in Dubai’s fast-paced real estate market.
Responsibilities
- Sell off-plan and secondary market properties in Dubai
- Generate leads via calls, networking, referrals, and property portals
- Conduct property viewings and client consultations
- Build long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers
- Negotiate prices and close deals successfully
- Maintain client data and follow-ups using CRM systems
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
- Experience in Dubai real estate sales preferred
- Strong knowledge of Dubai property market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- UAE driving license preferred
